Alrighty lol 😜
Alrighty lol
Yeah - a few "notes" have been left over too:
"I’ve included an extra week from the end of the purchase period to the promo close date to give people 1 week to submit their claim once the promo has ended."
"I think this is a good question to include – we can include some multiple choice options when we do the website build."
So do you get to keep it if you don't like it
Yes you do.
Might 'try' out the product range…. if you know what I mean.
I'm not sure I want to :|
So…….. Where might one find the most expensive Schick Hydro?
$25.30 via Coles Online http://shop.coles.com.au/online/national/schick-hydro-5-groo…
Only issue with ordering online is you aren't guaranteed a unit which comes with the cashback sticker/unique code.
Of course. Probably a couple dollars cheaper instore then.
“Eligible Products” are specially-marked Schick Hydro Groomer Kit (RRP$22.99), specially-marked Schick Hydro Power Select Kit (RRP$15.99), specially-marked Schick Hydro 5 Kit (RRP$12.99) and specially-marked Schick Hydro 3 Kit (RRP$9.99). Each Eligible Product will contain a promotional sticker featuring a unique code on the reverse (“Unique Code”).
That's a pretty good marketing tactic. Fine print says up to $85,000 in refunds. That's around 4907 refunds if you average the price out over the three different prices. Having said that, it's 200% cashback, so does that mean half that figure since they are refunding you double what you paid? If so, then that means 2453 refunds. This will get massive coverage as I am sure it is on every "bargain" site. Let people do the marketing for you, offer a cash back that many will forget about, not bother with or not be eligible for because refund limit already hit.
There are other bargain sites???!!!!?!?!!!??
I know. I'm a heretic :( My apologies…
So, this deal is to be unethical, immoral, and lie to take advantage of a company's show of good will?
I'm in.
Show of goodwill otherwise known as a marketing effort.
Didnt they try give these away a few years ago? I got a few samples but they were just terrible compared to a double edge razor
Shick has had many deals.
Free 100% cash back, no encumbrances etc
Aaaaamd, I've still never tried or rather, found the special marked packs required.
IGA and others have something similar running all the time
http://www.iga.com.au/promotions/200-fresh/This seems scummy to me. Same as buying food at a restaurant, eating half and then throwing a bug the rest and refusing to pay. I don't see this as a deal.
It is clearly not the same as that, unless the restaurant gives you the bugs and encourages you to put the bugs in the meal if you are not happy with it.
Look, you eat all the bugs you want. You're still a bad person if you take advantage of a gesture of good will.
Not sure about this. There are brands that offer a 100% freshness or satisfaction money back guarantee of some description, should all of these be posted as bargains? Edit: similar comment as above, didn't read that when commented.
I would suggest that this promotion is significantly different from those other 100% freshness or satisfaction money back guarantee in that this Schick promotion:
- Is being run and has for the most part the same T&C's as the previous 100% cashback promotion with the added requirement to comment on why you didn't like the product
- You are not required to return to the store nor return the product to claim the cashback
- The promotion is being run for a limited period with a limited cashback pool
Yes I can see that you are right with you comments. I think the promotion is possibly open to abuse if you are claiming the cashback just to get something for free. But I guess most deals are open to some sort of exploitation.
