    When I click on my cart, I get the message on top right
    "Free Shipping on All Orders Over $70".
    Is that right ? Am I missing a step in the checkout process?
    Or is this message safe to ignore? (Apply ordinarily but not during this free delivery promotion).

      The message is safe to ignore - when I clicked on the cart, the same message was showing just under "MY CART" on the right hand side, but when you get to the final checkout page (the one after the page where you enter your delivery info, CC details etc), it should show $0 for shipping costs (or at least it did for me!), so you can check it before you click the final button to submit/pay for your order.
