I believe this is the cheapest for the AT-LP120 and not a bad price for the turntable.
hated in /r/vinyl, but highly rated in general.
If you want a more highly recommended entry level turntable, Rega RP1 or Pro-ject Carbon.

It's fine enough - the AT95E ain't a bad cart - but for the price you're much better off finding something used (or spruiking the little more for a Pro-ject or similar).
A blast from the past. I still have my Rega Planar in storage. Perhaps I should take it out for a spin. Not sure about the condition of the Goldring cartridge though.
go on gumtree and cop a technics 1200/1210 then never regret the decision ever
Isn't the AT-LP5 the one to go for? Unless you are a DJ, then yes, you need a SL-1200. Probably not easy to get a 1200 in really good condition that has not been thrashed though.

Love my LP120 - has been serving me well a couple of years now. I'd definitely recommend it.
