The centre is being redeveloped. Coles is the current owner of the site so no prize for guessing who the anchor tenant will be.
Ah, some competition. I wonder what will happen to the Sun Sun ramen shop downstairs. I hope they find a place in the centre or the area.

that Japanese grocery store and Joe the barber both moved on down the street
@humdingaling: But he has quite a few members of his family there so maybe they'll set up somewhere else? That's what I hope because I need my ebi-don and katsu-don fix now and then. I'd better go grab a last lunch there for nostalgia.
