I recently applied for the CBA Low Fee Gold credit card and have been waiting for 2 weeks with no response from CBA.
When I login to netbank it says my application is in progress and "action required" but has no details of what actions are required. All required documents attached and even called CBA today but they were unable to help.
Anyone experienced the same issue or has an idea of what's going on?
Have u checked the Message box ? It should have a message with details regards to the "action required", usually it asks u to upload payslips / income statements etc.
