LogitechShop - Did anyone get a receipt?

I bought the security cameras and addon during the march madness at LogitechShop, but unfortunately one of my cameras has now died. I figured it would be easier to warranty the item via Logitech Aust but I can't find my receipt either in electronic form or hard copy. I don't recall seeing a paper invoice shipped with the cameras and the new site doesn't have my order anymore. I can't find an emailed receipt either.

I've emailed LogitechShop and its been a few days but still no response.

So did everyone get a receipt or is it just me?

BC are you able to help me out with my receipt? I've emailed [email protected] a couple of times now with no luck.

  • No they didn't send out receipt, only online invoice but since they stuff up my orders so I didn't have my invoice either. Email them few times (more than a month now) but still got no response. :(
    Also they move to new site so you can't login to view the online anymore. How silly is that? They should back up their data!!!

  • I'm hopeing for a quicker resolution with my request for the receipt. I can't wait a month!. This is what logitech aust send in their support email.

    "We will assume your issue has been resolved if we do not hear from you within 240 hours."

    Unfortunately, one of their requirements for support is:

    "Please attached a scanned copy of your receipt in JPG or PDF format. File size must not exceed 90Kb."
