Energy saver incentives in victoria, is the rebate dead?

Hi Everyone

First one, I love being a part of this tight arse community, and this website has been my daily addition.

I just bought a old townhouse and I am looking to make it more energy efficient. I stumbled across the following website and found that rebates are currently on changing led bulbs.

I wonder if the other rebates are still valid? ie heating, cooling, insulation, and hot water.

and regarding led installation, can anyone recommend one company that isnt too dodgy? most of the listed companies have shut down and looks dodgy.
