Determination of Winner
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner
There will be one Prize Winner. The Prize Winner will be selected by the Promoter from the shortlisted participants.
The shortlisted participants are based on the amount of correct answers in correlation to the amount of time it took to finish the Capital Express Challenge.
The Prize Winner will have answered the questions as correctly as possible in the shortest time possible.
In the event that there is a tie (the highest score shared by more than one participant), the prize will be awarded to the first participant who completed the challenge within the group of shortlisted participants who shared the highest score.
The Prize Winner will be notified via email from 06 September 2016. An announcement will also be made on the Singapore Airlines Facebook page.
Once the Prize Winner has been notified, they will have 24 hours to respond and accept. If they do not respond to the Promoter within 24 hours, the Promoter has the right to revoke the prize and award it to another participant.
The Prize Winner will be selected on 06 September 2016 at 9.30 AEST at Singapore Airlines, Level 9 233 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 Australia.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize Details:
The Prize Winner will win two (2) return Economy class tickets on Singapore Airlines for travel from Canberra to either Wellington or Singapore, including 3 nights hotel accommodation. The Prize Winner will get to choose which city they wish to travel to, Singapore, or Wellington. Getting to and from Canberra Airport is the responsibility of the winner. The winner is solely responsible for any costs they incur for travel to and from the point of departure and any other costs they incur in taking the prize.
If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
