The problem with reshippers (or all kinds) is that the final price you pay is really hard to determine as you don't know how big or heavy the package will be.
I use myUS.com for this and set my address to Florida as there is no sales tax on clothes, they also have a personal shopper service as some sites won't let you use a non US credit card. All charges are clearly listen on the site.
Check the list of mail forwarders. Basically you pay them a fee, get Amazon to send the parcel to them and they will forward to your Australian address.
