I think it is a good deal as Costco gives lifetime warranty. I have uploaded the pic from Canberra costco

For those wondering, the prices of both games are about $30-$40 if bought separately.

Halo: Master Chief collection goes for about $10 (download code) from CDKeys.com

Forza 5 goes for $20-$30, depending whether it's on sale or not. (At EB Games, it's not)

  Costco has lifetime customer satisfaction. Recently returned my vacuum cleaner due to powerhead not spinning, they didn't care that the dog had customised it!

  It is not available in Costco Canberra. But 2tb version available for 529$…with no games
