Support reinstated it, no hassle, leaves me guessing as to why it was revoked in the first place, (caught up in a mass revoking of keys at one stage?)
I've had the GOG Galaxy client since getting the Witcher 3 via HOLA as per setting region to Ukraine for GOG site in the old May 2015 post.
Hasn't grabbed a single update in yoinks. Read about patch news and expansions every now and then (when it comes around on reddit). Never did a full playthrough yet-was busy with work/other games.
Checking the client shows Not Authorized and redeem code button, or if you got the free dlc purchased/installed from before it'll also have missing base game messages.
Same missing game/add to cart on the website and even purchase history is missing the transaction.
Anyone ozbargainers who purchased via Hola experiencing the same thing? I assume the game was revoked and unfortunately the expansion/season pass too for me. Not surprised but for the fact that it was totally silent.
There's only a total of two posts on the gog forums describing people in the same situation-but their circumstances differ-nvidia promo key, etc.
I sent in a support ticket and I'll update after seeing what they say.
