Paying for Mowing of Lawn

I need to buy a line trimmer and it made me wonder if paying for our lawns to be mowed would be a better way to go?

Any thoughts?

Yes get someone to do it for you. I have a huge lawn and really dont have the time because its all spent here on ozbargain. Money saved from ozbargaining can afford me lawn mowing ;)

i just picked up a line trimmer in hard rubbish. I mow the lawn and then reward myself with beer.

How big is your lawn? I don't want to pay someone for something I can easily do myself - but I hate mowing the lawn, so it often looks scrappy. Takes me about 1.5hr to do my lawn properly.
