  it's very simple to do it yourself.

  here's a guide from ifixit

  and here's a replacement screen from ebay australian stock $39.99 delivered

  comes with all necessary tools.

  I've swapped out a dozen iphone 5 + 6 screens.Pretty straight forward. draw a rough diagram of the open phone and put your screws in their place.

    Are they tools good qaulity last ones i bought were useless

      They really don't need to be that great. Just the pentalobe screw driver, small Phillips head and a suction cup. If they are anything like the ones I have received in the past then they'd be fine.
      Otherwise spend $4.20 and get the jakemy 32-1 screw driver set and never be left hanging.

        @silkysmooth: no, I haven't bought from that particular seller. feedback indicates that he may be in england i.e. postage for Aus buyers takes up to 10 days. i've bought a dozen or so screens from who ever is the cheapest and they seem to work and (unless specified) come with tools.

        though I usually look at the feedback for the particular type of lcd/screen I'm after to see what others have experienced. a couple of times feedback has indicated an issue (seller sourced poor quality LCD /touchscreen assemblies.

  Coming almost a month late lol but I know a guy who does iPhone 6 screen replacement for $50 which I mean considering he'd be charging $10 labour over the $39.99 screen link here I think you might be interested. Just PM for details
