EziBuy Targeted "Offer" with lots of exclusions

My partner and I just received an offer from EziBuy which looks good from the initial speal but ridiculous once you check the terms and conditions.

I've only ever placed one order with EziBuy and that didn't go well but I stayed on their mailing list just in case anything worthwhile came up.

The current targeted offer is for $20 off your purchase with a minimum transaction of $40. There is no free delivery condition so if you can't find any click and collect items there are additional charges. There might even be a minimum for the click and collect feature although I'm not sure of this.

The catch is that it has a long list of exclusions.

" Offer excludes gift cards and top-ups, NEXT and Spanx merchandise, Breast Cancer Cure merchandise and personalised gifts.
• Minimum spend must be in a single transaction, and excludes delivery charges.
• Discount will be treated as spread across all items purchased in the relevant transaction in proportion to their prices.
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, or be applied to previously processed orders.
• Offer valid for use once only, and only by its original recipient."

The key is the exclusion of the NEXT range. I was able to find 29 pages worth of merchasdise for childrens wear and all of them carried the NEXT brand. I didn't come across anything from Spanx but I'm guessing this is a popular line as well.

The offer looks great but I find it to be unusable. I looked at some of the womenswear but most of it is double what I would pay at Target or Big W so not worth my time or risk, given I don't trust their sizing information.

Has anyone else received this offer and do you think you can use it and get value for money? If I could find a few items which come to a combined total of $40 and would be click and collect it would be useful but I can't see any decent bargains on the website at the moment. The offer can be used until 23 September but I doubt anything will pop up before then.

I'm not giving out the coupon code as it is the same code in both emails. It claims to be targeted to specific emails but after a ridiculous coupon situation a couple of years ago, there's no way of knowing whether Ezibuy have fixed their coupon tracking system.
