Crap product, there's a reason why it's popular in Asia- Asians don't know dairy. (I can say that because I am Asian) since Australians revolutionised coffee palates around the world (yes-including Italians) how can we lower ourselves to eat over manufactured American crap like this? Haagen tasted awful when it was here a decade ago, it tasted awful in Asia and just as bad in the USA. If you read their marketing they believe theyre doing the Australian market the favour by being here. They said "now that Australians have a more refined palate, we believe Haagen daaz is now a premium offering."
What! When have the consumers of prepackaged food and uht milk had an edge on us for taste?But don't take my word for it. Every time you see Asians lining up for stuff and you decide to line up too and try it resulting in bitter disappointment you stood in the queue. Eating Haagen daaz is the same feeling.
Wow, I've never met anyone so passionate about ice cream. Umm so which would you recommend?
Häagen-Dazs is just a name they made up for marketing purposes anyway.
