Queen size Air Bed

Hi all,
I'm looking for recommendations for a 240v Queen size air bed for camping and for when kids friends sleep over. Largest possible, I'm 6ft 3. As far as I know Queen are the biggest.
Double height preferably as it is more useful while camping.
It seems Bestaway have a few different models however the ranking on these is hard to find and Intex and Coleman also have some.
Also preference on I beam, Y beam and coil construction please.
Can anyone suggest one or warn of ones that leak, bubble up etc.
