I just noticed it today I did not receive any Amex Rewards points when I do my shopping at any of the Coles Supermarkets. I use my Amex Platinum Rewards Credit card to pay for the purchases at Coles. I will get 2 points for every dollar I spent at a supermarket- like Coles or Woolworths. I received points from Woolworths and all other merchants except ALL SHOPPING at Coles Supermarkets.
Ozbargain members, if you ever shop at Coles, please go online to check your point accrual details, make sure that you do received your Amex rewards points for any Coles shopping.
How to check your point History? Once your logged in the Amex web-site, go to 'Your Statement', from the drop down list choose 'membership rewards', then you can see 'Points Accounts' on the right hand side of the screen, on the drop down list, select 'My Point', it will displace your points history and you can view all your membership rewards points from there.
The system only allow you to view 12 pages, approx. from Aug 16 back to May 16. I did not receive any points during this time for ALL Coles shopping. I do not know do I receive any points for Coles shopping prior to May 16 as I cannot view more pages.
Before I call AMEX, I like to know how many of us did not receive Amex rewards points for Coles shopping.
I've got my rewards point using Amex platinum card, it's an ANZ issued card though so if it's from Amex Direct then might be a problem with them.
Hang on, just re-read your post, looks like you're talking about the reward from Amex direct, I've got mine from ANZ so if that's what you mean then my message doesn't help much, sorry.
