eBay App Not Working on Sony Xperia

The last 2 eBay app updates don't allow me to read the item description, nor allow me to checkout/ buy anything. Using Sony Xperia E4G running 4.4 kitkat. Not sure if its the phone or the OS it's running.. But it's 6 months old and can't run ebay, paypal or HJs app. I can't even access the eBay help menu. Any ideas? Thanks

    I have a a similar problem.
    Going to an items page it won't let me scroll down to see items description on Galaxy S5, Andriod 5.0.

      Cheers. The old app used to run sweet. Well there goes my OS, phone or cpu issue theory. Just a rubbish app I guess.

    Not working on my iphone either.
