I have seen it for $249.

I bought this & can confirm it works well.It comes with 3 Canisters, bags and a roll to make more bags your self. The foodvac bags from aldi work in this machine as well.
The 3 cannisters cost $54.95 to buy alone at Bing Lee.

    I love sunbeam foodsavers. I find when you get the oxygen out of meat and other products before freezing you avoid the moisture-loss and the quality stays fresh even months later.

      I buy a whole scotch fillet etc slice up and seal in bags of 6 to be frozen.

      Meat defrosts well in foodsaver bags e.g. mince,chops , bacon or steak. It's also easy to tenderize thawed out meat in the tightly sealed by bashing with bottom of a wine bottle or marinade.
