Recommendation for camera drone under $200

Suggested by the title I'm after a camera drone under $200. Purpose for camera drone is photogrammetry, therefore should have the following specifications:

Camera: SLR*.
Resolution: 5+ megapixels.
Lens: Prime*, 28mm to 100m ideally 50mm.
Camera distortion: limited.
Features: adjustable including focal ratio, ISO and shutter speed.

*Options are not a necessity, rather a preference.

If a camera drone with these options cannot bought for under $200, feel free say that "I'm out of my mind!".

Note: Good quality video drone is feasible for photogrammetry. As the individual video frames can be utilised.

    I seriously doubt you can get a camera with those specs for $200, let alone a drone

    Alternatively, any advice on attaching a phone to a drone would be appreciated.

    To be completely honest the only thing you will buy for $200 is disappointment. Strapping a phone to a drone will just cause distortion and it will be really shakey. You need a gimbal mount to get any good quality video or usable photos. The cheapest one I can think of that came out recently is https://www.ibuygou.com/p-xiaomi-mi-uav-1080p-edition-8454.h… which rivals the much more expensive drones.

    My brother uses drones for organising big events, cost of average drone is roughly 10x of your budget. I personally don't know much about drones but don't suppose you can get one under 500.

    As soon as you say photogrammetry, the cost probably goes from hundreds, to tens of thousands of dollars.
    But will a cheap drone suffice for your purposes?

    You can get a toy camera drone for $30, you can get one offering FPV (First Person View video transmitted back to your iPhone) for $50, and you can get a serious drone from a reputable company such as Syma like this one with a 14MP camera and streaming video for $163.

    The photos from this drone show some barrel distortion, so it may not be suitable for photogrammetry.
    I don't know if this will be suitable for what you want. I'm not going to do your research for you among the 4356 results on Aliexpress. But I suggest you ignore some of the ignorant comments above and pursue this further, as the technology, quality and value for money coming out of Aliexpress is phenomenal.
