Top Comments Compilation- Yearly Review

I think it would be a nice thing to do a yearly compilation reviewing the top comments.

An example I've seen here :

Do we do something like this at the moment?

    We do compile top comments in neil's monthly stats posts. For example June and May. Scroll down to the Comments section for top commenters, comments with most +1, comments with most -1, controversial comments, etc.
