As title mention , I want to buy new phone for wifu . I was consider buy Samsung note 7 but the price is wayy off my limit. I notice there so much phone on market Nowaday and with little research I come down to few option. It's xiaomi mi5 , huawei p9 , or my favorite choice is galaxy note 5(it's $650 on ebay). If anyone could share their experience with the phone or add new option , I'd much appreciate.

Oneplus 3 is a great phone but if you need:

Lg v10 is great phone but i heard rumours lg v20 coming out next month or so

Kind of lol the camera has the issue! All snapdragon CPU have that issue even the LG G4 and G5 over heat. Its a shame its part the phone companies and part snapdragons fault.
I haven't had over heating problems. Had mine for six months.
I thought it was the z3 that had the problem.I think the overheat issue is due to long record of 4K video and gaming.

I bought an iPhone 6 (64GB) for $610 off gumtree about 3 weeks ago.
Don't worry, its not for me, it was for my younger brother.It was "used" but had the box and everything, and was in very good condition.
Was unlocked, and not stolen or anything.Owner wanted it gone quick, they found 64GB wasn't enough, and that the iPhone 6 was too small and camera wasn't good enough.
He upgraded to a iPhone 6S Plus (128GB) version.
That was his choice.I know some of these "deals" are hard to come by, that's why I put the asterisk (*) and a disclaimer on the bottom.
But they aren't impossible to buy in the price range, or may come available sooner than later.

Not a fan of Samsung phones due to touch wiz bloat ware. I like the more vanilla feeling of stock Android. Still a great price though.

If you're willing to go for Xiaomi/Huawei, then Oneplus 3 would be the best phone for your budget. Best 'flagship killer' out at the moment.
