would highly advise against buying with them. Had a phone break after 19 days, sent it back, was a nightmare to deal with RMA. I ended up getting a refund after filing a paypal dispute. ended up getting one for a bit more money from JB hifi (nexus 5x).
pay a bit more to save the hassle of dealing with them.
A friend and I bought phones from them and they are great for the price. As with most gray market sites though you definitely take your chance on getting any warranty. Thankfully nothing wrong with either of our phones after 1yr :)
Don't go near them. I purchased a waterproof camera from them, it leaked well within warranty. They are a nightmare to deal with, eventually I posted it back to them, they gouged out a great hole in the seal and said it was my fault. Never even got my camera back (not that it would have been any use to me). They are a bunch of thieves and liars. Be aware too that Hong Kong has no effective consumer advocate.
Been using them for 3 years already.
Bought like 4 phone from them with no issues. They normally get their stocks from Hong Kong (2 x Asus zenfone) , India (Moto G), Saudi Arabia (My Nokia 720).
I like changing phones :P
The chat system works where you can pester their staff to check on up coming stuff or order status.
Delivery took me less then 1.5 weeks.
I would stay away from sites like banggood, dealsmachine and android enjoy. Delivery took ages and had to get back and promptness from email response is crap.
Don't do it. Useless company. My experience was beyond woeful.

Bought a Note2 for myself and my flatmate, and then another 2 for the parents and one for the cousin, not one problem and shipping was around a week - I was expecting a month.
Guess its hit and miss and ive been lucky, but id recommend them from my experience
