It won't become a family heirloom, but if it does 2 or 3 jobs for you I suppose it will have justified the price.

goes with the $5.75 crowbar you bought last week from the same place…
No, that was for Half-Life.
The Zombie Apocalypse is a certainty. I'm down to my last 2,319 tins of baked beans.. You're not getting any.
I picked this up for $5 at big w
I want my money back.
Chain saws scare the crap out of me. Such a dangerous tool.
Same. I wonder if a circular saw is actually more dangerous though.
Well, I cut a bit off my hand with a drop saw. I reckon a chain saw is even scarier -it moves all over the place!
The one I bought literally fell apart in my hands
I love using my chainsaw. I have a Stihl MS311. I don't believe it is dangerous. I wear steel capped boots, helmet with visor and suitable clothing. I never use it unless there is someone else there and I believe any danger is because of misuse and poor decision making.
I've got an electric with this chain for at home - cuts very well for small/medium stuff. Almost worth buying for another chain.
I bought a "Wesco" chainsaw from Masters which looks exactly like this but in blue. About the same price. About 10 jobs later I can say a very gratifying purchase. Still have all my fingers and limbs and it makes short work of cutting branches and limbs. Still starts reliably (I make sure I follow recommendations for storage). Just make sure you do a bit of homework on safe use and use with caution and common sense. Start it up and the noise and feel is just like Doom.

Work with a guy with a large scar on his face, he told me he decided to use his chainsaw by himself after a few beers with no safety equipment.
Back up there a bit, are you saying beer itself isn't considered safety equipment? :o
Apparently not, who'd guess.
I've always wanted a chainsaw since Doom…
