eGift cards to buy gift card in Woolworths

Can you still buy egift cards from woolworths and go to a store and buy gift cards from them to use elsewhere?
Or is this no longer working or happening as im sure i read they was stopping this.
I want to save a little on jb hifi by buying gift cards from them with the egift cards.

    Staff are supposed to be trained not to accept but you should be able to sneak them in at the self serve checkout

    I bought eftpos card from last deal and ebgame giftcard last month with no problem at self checkout.

    You should be able to get JB HIFI gift cards from somewhere for at least 5% off, they normally have them for 7.5% off on Rewards Gateway.
