Just to Confirm Refurbished MacBook Can Be TRS Refunded?

Following my last post (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/259121), since there's not a very good deal around, I am now considering a refurbished MB from Apple:

I would like to confirm that I can do TRS refund right? Simply becoz Apple is a company with ABN and tax is included in the price…

P.S. I understand it's over $1000 for TRS and taking the risk they will catch me when I come back.

The strange one is this scenario ;

Pawnee shop bought something from individual without that individual charging gst, but when the pawn shop re sell they issue invoice with gst. How?

  Individual doesn't get to claim GST on income. It's just pawn shop by the way. Pawnee is an American Indian group. autocorrect.fail?

  Because the pawn shop has to pay GST on their income (which comes from selling 2nd hand stuff)
