I have just logged into my AMEX account (Essential card and Qantas Discovery card) and noticed that there is currently an offer for Langton's. As I personally don't really know much about the wines, any recommendation or feedback on how to best take advantage of this deal would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure what you mean. You've put together a nice selection but not this $300 pack.
$150/50% off makes everything cheaper, but unlike some other champagnes, pipers and moet are regularly discounted anyway
moet is perhaps better than gosset brut excellence, but gosset grande reserve would be much preferred :)
Can someone please comment on whether the delivery guarantee 1.5% extra is worth getting? How are their delivery in general? What sort of delivery service do they use? AustPost?
(With others such as Dan Murphy, Naked Wines, don't remember them having this insurance option, but so far had always been fine).

Magill Estate Shiraz 2011, St Henri 2012 or the 389
st henri for shiraz, 389 for cabernet shiraz
st henri is discounted more so might be better value
avoid magill - 2011 not a great vintage
