I am one of the 9 people who have been BADLY injured with HabourJet… http://www.oceanextreme.com.au

DO NOT TAKE THIS DEATH RIDE,

I would appreciate if some one can point how to go ahead with the compensation (Health, Time and money spent , etc….)due to the Boat company negligence

  Did you sign anything b4 you went on the ride? Hope you didn't! But you still should able to get some compensation. How bad are the injuries?

  Hello, Only at Vincent hospital there are records of 9-15 similar incidents (which we come to know from one of the nurses at vincent hospital)

  when we arrived at the jetboat

  1) Told to wear the jackets
  2) Position in which we should seated
  3) Advised back side is less bumpy than front ones
  4) Excel looking document to enter name and sign (nothing legal)

  Verbally told there are life jackets under the seat (with no live demonstration)

  When we got hit in the middle of the ocean and we looked for life jackets and found missing under couple of seats and the major damage was caused towards people sitting towards the back.

  REST is only filled with PAIN and SORROW…..
