Mini PC for TV

Hi,

Im looking to buy a mini pc for my old tv that has hdmi.

What would you recommend that has windows 10 and will be able to play full HD netflix with no problem plus other HD movie files?

Budget of about $150ish plus i have a spare ssd if that help in anyway.

    A NUC is out of the questions with your budget, but the Intel PC Stick would be the go.

    For PC, PC stick is pretty much your only option in your price range.

    If it doesn't have to be PC, there is Chromecast, Raspberry Pi, Roku/Telstra TV, Apple TV, Cheap Chinese Android TV (4K), etc.

      I can't see any mention of Windows bring activated or genuine. Reviews have said that it's not activated.
