If You Bought a GTX 970 from Amazon You Are Eligible for a 20% Refund

I caught wind of this from our friends over at /r/buildapc and tried it out for myself tonight. I bought my 970 a couple months ago and was eligible for the 20% to be refunded to my credit card no questions asked. If you have purchased through Amazon take a minute to do this for yourself.
I've also heard that if you ask for a return amazon will refund you 100% of your purchase price, but I'm happy with my card and won't be taking advantage of that.

Hey folks very interesting turn of events i will link the article here.
    http://www.pcworld.com/article/3101741/hardware/nvidia-agree…

Basically it is saying that Nvidia lied to us. The customer about the amount of Vram the GTX970 has. It is supposed to have 4 gigabytes of DDR4 ram when technically it has only 3.5 Gigabytes of usable Vram. Technically the last 512mb is a low priority ram segment some thing to do with a shorter crossbar.

This deal could be for US only. Hopefully they do the right thing and make it world wide.
