Not sure if it is a bargain and it is on GeekBuying (lately many people are not happy with GeekBuying) but I want to post it here who knows there is anyone interested. Good specs and the phone looks gorgeous in photos (if looks a lot like iPhone).

It was ~$169 US initially at release and most sellers have it around the $130 US mark currently.
Like most China phones it's lacking full 4G coverage and lacks 3G 850MHz (Good for Telstra). Still a very good budget phone and a few reviews are online now.
