Travelling to Asia at the end of the year. When to book?

First post guys!

Will be travelling to Asia at the end of the year, however unsure whether to book right now or wait for a promotion sale that will be cheaper during this time. I will be travelling for about 2 weeks from the middle of December and will be flying out of Melbourne.

    Now is a pretty good time. It's extremely unlikely there will be any sale for travel during the end of December. If you could maybe leave a few days earlier and fly back on Christmas day itself that will be cheaper.

    December is peak season. I say look around for as cheap as you can find and book soon. The longer you leave it or postpone it the worst it will be for you.
