Great price on the olive green colour which BAGS TO GO sold out some time ago at $49.95
I'd maybe suggest adding a "terms and conditions" button underneath your price beat guarantee text. I thought to click it as websites always have terms and conditions, but It may not be obvious enough to everyone. Is is clear in the terms that it's only valid on the same colour, but it should be clear to the user where they can read those terms.

Negging because Store Rep/OP, after courteous requests and well over 2 hours, avoids listing any example bargains in his description, and then dishonours his website's price guarantee with a fatuous explanation of colour and apples. After 4 years membership, he should realise OzBargain is not a free alternative to Yellow Pages. It is not our duty to visit www.bagstogo.com.au and perform detective work to conclude whether a "bargain" posted here is indeed a bargain.

There isnt an item you have offered that compare exactly with what we have available for sale. Many stores have certain discontinued colours but if sold out we can no longer offer the clearance price on a colour that isnt dicontinued

You cant expect current models or colours to be the same price as clearance models or colours in any industry.

Apparently so. His price guarantee mentions price, not colour, but when it suits him, we are expected to enter some Twilight Zone wherein OzBargainers consider colour, not price.
If you walk into most stores for a price match they will never match a product of a different colour, as it's considered to not be the same. Pretty standard practice.

This has been a textbook example of how a Store Rep's attitude can be counter-productive. The prices were already good, and with a further 10% discount, the prices were hard to beat. I had spare time that week, but it was not easy to find cheaper prices. Unfortunately, this Store Rep OP was prompt with sarcasm but reluctant to be helpful. An entire month passed without a member's courteous price inquiry being resolved. Like it would have killed OP to list a few specific bargains in the description, when they stock numerous brands. No wonder only one commenter here plus-voted the deal. Selling luggage at these prices should have resembled giving nuts to monkeys.
