Spintel - Frustration - Slow Speed and drops out

Hi there,

Where do i complaint about Spintel?

Its since first day , i am having speed and drop out issue . They are saying it congestion issue with provider.

Now they don't reply to my email. There is no point talking with support people.
How to cancel service? they don't reply back.

How do i get Spintel CEO number? Searched on google.

    You either cheap out on these companies, and hold your complaints.
    Or you realise its a scam, and get out of their contracts as soon as possible.

  • This. I've tried complaining to them before to no avail. Speed and ping times are rotten… but for the moment, I'm too lazy to actually change… There was a Spintel rep here at one stage, but they didn't reply to messages either, despite actually initiating contact and asking me to message them.

    Its too late. I have spent many hours with support team , don't want to go through this again and again.

    Got letter from TIO today that they have officially sent letter to Spintel about complaint.

  • I have NBN/100 with Spintel as it seems to be the best price I could find. At first speeds were about half of what I was paying for. I did a bunch of speed tests at different times etc.
    I emailed customer service some screenshots and their technical team looked into it.
    The technical team found 'no fault' after their week long investigation but speeds suddenly doubled so I'm now happy.
    Now I'm getting about 90Mbps down and 30Mbps up which seems pretty good. There is no contract so if it gets slower I can always shop around again.
