  • looks nice, whats the battery life on it?

  • Not sure, apparently not that good. but it's a desktop replacement so it doesn't matter to me. It's also on the heavy side which also doesn't matter to me. I am wondering if I will be able to use it with the battery removed so as to save its life?

  • What warranty do these envies come with? It would be good if it was 3/3/3 like the elitebooks.

  • 1 yr parts/labour. they pickup and drop off.

  • weird ram setup, screen could've been at a higher res
but other than that looks pretty good for under 1.5k delivered

  • RAM looks like 2GB + 4GB. But I have to agree that the screen resolution is a bit low. I would want at least a full HD with a 17" lappy. Do tell where did you score this beaut :)

  • Yes unfortunately I could not change the options at all otherwise I would have got 1920x1080 and a BDROM too. I bought through the HP Employee discount program as I'm lucky enough to know someone from HP :) I will mostly be using it as a desktop replacement and as I have external monitors, I can live with this screen.
