Followup: Got an email saying that it was ready to pickup. When I went the shop, they were very apologetic and said they had been instructed to ask claimants to call a number in Melbourne and they would post it to me. So I think I will just let it pass. Unless they start emailing me advertising, in which case I want my pound of flesh. :) Lucky I didn't make a special trip to collect, it was on my way that day.
No, not complaining because it was offered as a freebie so I didn't have many expectations of it.

Yes, I got mine from the shop today. Packed individually in a padded envelope with my name outside. Good quality keychain flashlight too; comes in a box with instructions.
