EB also have $4 Aminal crossing amiibo figures, but that ends today.
Otherwise, Target are still clearing out the following Super Smash Bros. and Splatoon figures at $4 each-
Aside from that, EB seems to be the cheapest at the moment. Or if you're game enough for second-hand figures, Gumtree and Facebook groups may help. It's best to meet up locally as shipping kills the deal (minimum $7.45 post for a parcel).
