Can I Restrict RSS to Only Show Updates for Posts & Wiki?

I'm using firefox + RSS ticker add-on to subscribe to the live feed page.

Previously I would only get 1 update per instance of a post, wiki or comment. Now every time a comment is posted I get an RSS update.

I'm wondering if there is a setting I can change similar to the tick boxes on the Live Action page, to only show updates for certain content?

Fiddling with taxonomy/terms gets you different places around the site, but is pretty random.

What's the feed for the comments?

The only feed I have is : http://www.ozbargain.com.au/live/feed

And it appears to contain everything :)

OK, it looks like it is the FF add-on causing the items that have been read to re-appear.
