If say a brother has his name on the rego of a Toyota and a sister has her name on the rego of a Holden and they want to swap their names on the rego of the respectivs cars, whats the cheapest way of going about this?

It's family. Just swap the cars and keep it that way until the cars are sold
Pay transfer fees to transport dept….. nothing else
