Hey all, I am looking at buying a 3ds xl for my girlfriend and wondering where the best place to buy one is. I have been waiting for a sale to come up since April but none have been posted.
I would prefer the new model but if it is an old model at a good price I don't mind. I got an email for one being sold at $209 for the new version and was just wondering if there is any better deals out there.
No we are both pokemon fans so have no interest in pokemon go. Just wanting another console so she can play omega ruby with me and for when sun and moon is released.

It was on target's ebay sale recently, but if you can save up another 50 bucks why not get the limited edition Sun & Moon one for the extra little pokemaniacs you are, this will be my 3rd new 3DS, i have 4 3ds XL's, charizard one, both X&Y ones and the overseas eevee one, I buy all the pokemon ones i like >_<….

Yeah that is the deal I was referring to and unfortunately another one hasn't appeared as good. The limited edition version isn't arriving until November as far as I can see and I was hoping to get this ASAP.

Target has new 3ds xl Animal Crossing Happy Home Designer Edition Bundle eidition for $199 if you can find in stock. I saw the last one in Target Sefton Park in South Australia weeks ago. And my friends also found it at some target in NSW.
Ive been looking for one for my son. The best I did was $248 with Hyrule warrior legends bundle for $248.(From EB games) The game retails for around $40-$60 depending where you look. Everywhere else just the console alone is $249.
I'm looking too. Need to buy within the next 2 weeks dammit. I don't even know anything about them, why is the "new" one better and how can you tell?
