just used it today. works fine no questions asked.
Used it tonight - no problems but I noticed the Dominos site is a bit different now - you have to present your credit card in store for verification? Also funny story with tonight's order - used a tip posted on here a while ago about clicking on "The Lot" pizza and then just deducting and adding toppings to end up with a designer pizza without the surcharge. Order went through no problems, store rings me 2 minutes later to apologize that they didn't have any fetta cheese left and would I accept a $2 refund!!! I just couldn't accept it, I just said make the pizzas without it. I thought they were ringing to query why my pizzas were so cheap!
Hmm. Interesting. I think credit card verification could be a good idea as anyone can just walk up and say they are picking up their Internet order.
I made a designa last night with chicken and didn't get charged the surcharge either. Chicken was the first ingredient i added and it didn;t add the $2. Thought it might add it when I added the pizza to my cart, but still didn't. Bargain!
Picked up 10 pizzas for Sunday lunch using this code from Domino's Maroubra. No problem. No I did not eat all 10 :)
Could the guy that left the -ve saying cheaper elsewhere tell us where it is cheaper? That would be helpful….
I think it was voted only because the New Year Eve deal was on at the same time ($3.95). The $3.95 deal has since expired but $5/pizza is still pretty good.
Had expired when I tried on 22 February 2008.
That's becasue if you haev a look at the expiry date in the top in red, it is 9/1/08…..
Ah yes, but the code that DID work for me today was also past its PRINTED expiry date.
So, it is not stating the obvious to confirm for others that the site recognises the code as expired as at a certain date (today), after the printed expiry date.
Fair call?
Fair call.
ooops. Forgot to mention this was a domino's offer….
