It was my b-day about a week ago and I decided I wanted to go shopping and get a good pair of headphones because Apple earbuds were just not cutting it.
So I visit my local JB-HIFI (Rundle mall, SA) and look at all of the headphones they have. Seeing the Sennheiser section I moved over and simply asked the guy working there if the $200 headphones could go any lower in price. He said 'yeah sure' and said they would be roughly around $150. We asked about another pair and he said just take 25% off.
This is insane and he was willing to take off 25% from just asking and I bought the headphones which are yet to unimpress me.
Note this is extremely unlikely go work with sales going in the store, just full priced stuff.
Also my dad and I think that he was the manager so make sure you ask the most powerful person in the store.
Give this a try and let me know :D
Remember, act cool while asking, being genuine and not too forced. Spread the word people!
this is standard at jb, you can negotiate on almost any electronic product, even stuff on sale you can usually get some extra discount
