Bought an AirFryer during this promotion deal as per link, and sent through all relevant paperwork to claim the $30 cashback during May.

Received acknowledgement email from the promotional company handling the cashback scheme called "The Winning Process". Since then with follow up calls one after another, they've given different excuses from the cashback is being sent to the next pay schedule and more recently, they haven't received any funds from Philips to distribute this to customers.
I'm just wondering whether anyone is still in the same boat waiting, or whether a complaint should be made directly with the ACCC?
I forgot all about this. In what form was the rebate supposed to be?
