Do Fishpond Sell Counterfeit Products?

I am looking to buy the Focus T25 workout DVDs and came across this at Fishpond:

It is $40, which is extremely cheap. Beachbody, which are the official distributors, sell it for about US$70 on Amazon or $120 from beachbody.com.au.

I have researched and it seems that counterfeit versions of the product exist on Ebay so I'm wondering whether the seller on Fishpond is doing the same. Do Fishpond check all their suppliers?

    not sure if they send counterfeit products. so many times i have ordered from them and it has gone wrong. wont buy from them ever again.

    They offer a "marketplace" for other sellers to list on their site.
    They would have no control over the legitimacy of those 3rd party goods.
    I avoid fishpond. They were ok for books (which I assume the fulfil themselves) but every non-book item I have tried to order has ended poorly.

    Hey Stix, did you end up getting T25 and if so, where from?
