I'm not far off booking 2 x Economy flights to/from Europe for Christmas flying Emirates. I have recently signed up for the Citibank Emirates Card to obtain 2 Lounge Passes for use in Melbourne, and to have the chauffeur drive to/from the airport (the annual fee is cheaper than parking at the airport for a month).
Is there someone who has recently used this card, to obtain these passes & chauffeur service, explain how it works? I never received my welcome pack from Citibank (had to have the card re-issued), and they can't seem to give me an answer I believe. I don't want to book it the wrong way and then not qualify for these extras, as this was the point of the card in the first place.
I'm hoping to be able to book at emirates.com to take advantage of the 10% offer for MSO members, pay for it using the card, then be able to organise the lounge passes and the chauffeur service.
