Purchased this lens a few weeks ago from Digidirect just under $500 with their 10% deal, but this is eBay deal is much better at $449.91 plus shipping cost. The same lens from B&H cost roughly this price inc shipping (on back ordered unfortunately).

Fujinon 35mm f2 lens is newer, faster focusing speed and weather resistant compare with the older Fujinon 35mm f1.4.

    Fujifilm wouldn't do it as this lens is fairly new, pretty sure it was released less than a year ago, but who knows maybe later this year Fuji will do one for this lens.

  bought this from amazon about a month ago for US$301. Aussi about $400. Nice lens.
