I made a change a the return leg of my flight and consequently it cancelled my add-ons. Has anyone managed to be able to retrieve them upon a booking change? I don't see it written anywhere your add-ons aren't transferable, they're just non refundable.

I think i recall reading somewhere if you make a change to your booking such as a change of flight (Date,Time,Destination) any purchased addons are non transferable and need to be repurchased, Air Asia & Scoot have this policy also if i remember correctly.

Strange. If all you did was a date or time change your add-ons should have transferred over. Maybe call Jetstar?
