Cheapest place to buy PS3 games?

Could you please guide me about where to buy the cheapest PS3 games around? I have been looking at Ebgames and au.webuy.com, but maybe there is somewhere more convenient.

    I am after pre-owned ones, mainly games for kids. It's not for me (no idea about games). It's for my sister and family overseas. They have 2 little girls and it's not easy to find games for little kids there.
