Got the C5 for $280 in mint green FTW. Had a look at the new X range in bangkok but they dont seem to have anything arund that size. I can really justify buying flagship models anymore so midrange all the way.

Typing on a Z5 premium right now. Great screen. Don't care about 4K but its nice to have. Wish it was thinner but the screen impresses me each time I look at it.
Hey I was just wondering if you've had any problems with the phone overheating (some reviews mention it, particularly when videoing 4K)? And also how you find the battery life?
Battery life is average.
Remove from charger at 7am, paired with car bluetooth for 1 hour,Spotify for 1-2 hours and occasional Facebook post during lunch time.
Around 8pm it drop to around 15%.
Camera has the known soft focus on 16:9 ratio and nowhere as decent as my IPhone 6 camera.
No problems at all with overheating. I use 3G/4G all day, wifi, Bluetooth. I believe overheating problems happen to Z5 compacts not the premiums. Also, bear in mind that when people have a single issue with something they immediately go online to complain but only few go online to post a positive review. This is why negative reviews overshadow positive ones sometimes. I think the Premium is a safe bet. Just make sure you like the gloss back. Battery life is decent. If you enable stamina mode and reduce brightness it will easily last 2 days.

If you are talking about Z5 and Z5 premium then yes they have fingerprint readers and Marshmallow. C4 should also have Marshmallow I think.
From this deal, the Z5 Compact / Z5 / Z5 Premium all have fingerprint scanners, and all have 6.0 Marshmallow.

I'd buy a Z5 premium but no raw photos which is a deal breaker for me.
If you're buying a Sony phone for the camera - you're doing it wrong unfortunately. Such a shame, a company that makes such great point and shoots, DSLRs, and smartphone sensors puts such poor cameras in their smartphones, be it the lack of any manual control, the blurry edges, etc.
I am not sure what you complaining about but i got Xperia C4 4 months back for my wife for $199 was on special in sony store. Me and my wife cannot be any more happy with the camera result. So far best of the best from any mobile phone. I get jelous coz i have Iphone 6S Plus $1500 phone. Its camera sucks in low light and cannot compete even in day light with C4. I say C4 is best Selfie phone and back camera is as good as front camera, Fast, best result, never crashed apps, no over heating, 3 days battery with normal use i mean 5-10 calls, up to 100 text messages and couple of hour daily face book browsing. So far C4 is beating every flag ship phone for a normal day to day use in my house.

feedback for anyone into the z5p…I have had it since launch and can swear by it. Screen/colour looks amazing. I seem to find Samsung has a blue hue to all their screens but with the z5p, it looks as it should especially for photos…just imo, could be my eyes are calibrated differently to other people. Only thing I would change, is that I wish it had HTC style loud speakers.
