Agreed. This is a good deal for those who missed out on getting it at Coles. Some varieties of Philadelphia have very long use-by dates.
Yes, the blocks keep pretty well, as do the plain tubs. The flavoured and saucy varieties do not have as long an expiry date.

Starts 17th of May, I tried to buy it 10 mins ago and they wouldn't give it to me…free scanned as full price for the book. lol

I got a couple of these last time they had the same promotion at Coles. Good size cookbook, nice recipes suitable for cooking in the home for any occasion. Philadelphia also freezes pretty well, so if you aren't going to use 3 blocks of it, that's an option.
